  • An analysis of the existing allows you to get a realistic view of the situation and to make relevant decisions according to the context (do we have to opt for e-learning? If yes, do we have to insource or outsource it? What is the most relevant solution in our case, and how should we proceed?)
  • It also allows you to make an  inventory of the available content and to determine the actions to take
